The quirk behind Surrealle.com goes by the name of Ariane (Ariane Kinoshita in full), is female (yes, bio freaks - my chromosome structure is indeed XX, not XY.) and was born on the 21st of July 1992 (do the math, people.) Although a Malaysian-born Chinese and having lived in Malaysia for 15 years of her life, she is currently a music scholar at Queens' College (boarding school) and is a very happy student there, content with making 3 round trips a year back to her hometown of Selangor, Malaysia. Which goes to say that she is only able to update Surrealle during her breaks, as she does not own her own Photoshop-equipped computer at Queen's. Yes, I have an odd life - I choose to study 6800+ miles away from home at this age!

A fan of talking in the third person, she has been deemed outspoken, hyper-happy, overreactive and rude during her "immature" heydays in the webdesign scene. She admits to the first, but not really to the latter two. However, it's for you to get to know - and decide. Still, she will openly agree about her quirky, talkative and somewhat sarcastic + narcisstic behaviours. You have been warned.

Designing-wise, this girl prefers to keep it fuss free/simple. Ari can vector and blend (a bit); but can't do grunge/splatter. She's not a genius with brushes but can keep it minimalistic for layouts - avatars are an exception (she'll go all-out on those!) You can attribute it to her laziness; however, she just claims "less is more".

Though an off-and-on webdesigner (yes, "freelance" isn't in her vocab yet =P), Ariane is very much balanced in terms of academic interests. English, Science (yep - all three) and Maths are her pet subjects and she dreams of becoming a psychologist or a pediatrician. Of course, she's got other interests as well besides design - practising the piano + violin and making handicrafts being just a few off the list. Ariane also adores Japanese culture (anime and Japanese pop for starters) - let her experience those fully and she'll love you for life. Or not - who knows?
